Many of our Clients ask us whether they need an Attorney to review their lease before they enter into an agreement.  Our stock answer is to always have an Attorney review any legal document you sign.  There are a few important factors to remember:

1.  Most Attorneys have very little experience reviewing these documents and in many cases will harm you versus helping you.

2.  Attorneys must be licensed in the state your lease is in.  If an Attorney from a different state is offering advise.

3.  Attorneys bill on the hour so they enjoy learning about the cell tower industry on your money.

In most cases, we have reviewed many more documents than your Attorney and actually are retained by good Attorneys to assist them.
