For and in consideration of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) , the parties agree as follows:

• Lessor and Lessee will enter into an amendment to the Lease (“Lease Amendment”) wherein the Lease will be modified, Amended, Extended, etc.

• Lessor shall cooperate in all ways

• Lessor has good title to the Property

• Upon acceptance, Lessee shall submit this Agreement to its property committee

• Lessee has the complete right to terminate this Agreement for any or no reason

• Lessor and Lessee each will pay its own out-of-pocket expenses.

• Lessor represents & warrants they are authorized to enter into this Agreement
